Won’t the armature tubes melt and break if you were to harden this figure in the oven for painting?

The clay with harden in one complete piece. The armature tube will be contained inside. THere will be softening of the tube but it’s OK.
How many armatures will they make? Can you buy more of one size?
It comes in a 4 piece set. A and B is one set, while B and C is another set.
A and B is for larger Armatures
B and C is for smaller Armatures
I currently use brass tubing but this seems like it would be easier to work with. You say that the tubes will not melt but they will soften. I am concerned that after baking one of my sculptures at 275 degrees that these tubes would at least distort causing the pieces to no longer fit properly.
Try boiling your sculpt instead of baking in the oven. Boiling will prevent over heating and also burning. THe tune will soften somewhat as mentioned, but usually I will leave the tube inside the sculpey for my final sculpt.
